Peter Barker, narrator, & Paul Guinery, pianist, (both well-known to Radio 3 listeners), will perform a Lunchtime Recital at 1.10pm at the Holy Trinity Church, Robertson Street, Hastings. The main items in programme will include Poulenc: Babar the Elephant and William Walton: Excerpts from Façade (Edith Sitwell poems). Everyone, especially children over 7 or 70, will love these items. Sandwiches, cakes, coffee/tea available from 12.30pm. This is a free concert with a collection after the performance in aid of Church.
