Chris models his Fabulous Bohemia design. Chris: St Leonards is a very cool place to be.

Will ‘Fabulous Bohemia’ T-shirts be available at this year’s Bohemia Village Fayre? ‘Yes’, says designer Chris Steele of iDLEHANDS, a new company based in St Leonards. ‘Although we have been extremely busy, we are quietly confident that we’ll have plently of ‘Fabulous Bohemia’ T-shirts on sale at the Village Fayre.
Chris has worked as a fashion designer in London for such companies as Voyage, Unconditional and Billionaire but feels the time is right to strike out on his own. He says “I’ve always been inspired by the unique vibe of Hastings and St Leonards – this is a very cool place to be. We’ve shown at the St. Leonards festival and the Old Town street party and it’s wonderful to get such a great response from locals and visitors alike. We are really looking forward to showing at the Bohemia Village Fayre”. iDLEHANDS sells T-shirts and bags with prints that are inspired by vintage advertising and old- fashioned branding. Print runs will be experimental and kept to a minimum. The T-shirts and tops are 100% cotton and come in a range of prints and colours so there will be plenty to choose from. They also sell a range of accessories including bags, caps and cards featuring the same prints and slogans. Prices for T-shirts start at £14.
